Manage chat sessions
Council persists your conversations automatically. Here’s how to manage them.
Start a fresh conversation
Section titled “Start a fresh conversation”Archive the current conversation and begin a new one:
council chat strategy-review --newThis applies to both panel chat and 1:1 expert chat.
List all conversations
Section titled “List all conversations”See every chat session across all experts and panels:
council chat --listView conversation history
Section titled “View conversation history”See past conversations for a specific target:
council chat strategy-review --historyEnd a conversation
Section titled “End a conversation”Type /exit or /quit at the chat prompt. Your conversation is saved and you can resume it anytime by running the same council chat command.
Resume a conversation
Section titled “Resume a conversation”Simply run the same council chat command to pick up where you left off:

- Chat with a single expert — for 1:1 conversations
